AFTER THE CIVIL WAR, TUBMAN RAISED MONEY TO CLOTHE AND EDUCATE NEWLY FREED AFRICAN AMERICAN CHILDREN AND ESTABLISHED A HOME FOR AGED AND INDIGENT AFRICAN AMERICANS.
