Welcome to Skypoint
Skypoint was dedicated by the Honorable Mayor Charles F. Tooley on May 31, 2002. This Defining Element, constructed in the very heart of our Magic City, is described by the Framework Plan for Downtown Billings as Everyone's Neighborhood Gathering Place. Skypoint was given its name by Elizabeth Burley, a student at Riverside Middle School and Mayor Tooley proclaimed the day forever to be known as Elizabeth Burley Day.

Fun Facts:
Skypoint's tallest column is 73 feet,
the shorter columns are 28 feet,
the biggest sail is 100 feet by 40 feet,
and the total weight is 144 tons.

"Meet me at SKYPOINT!"
