OF PRESIDENT WOODROW WILSON

ERECTED ON THIS SITE ON
APRIL 22, 1966 IN RECOGNITION
OF THE FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THE
PROCLAMATION OF IRISH INDEPENDENCE
