2. The Precedent
In the spring of 2005 I created HenryMerwinShrady.com to showcase one of Washington D.C.'s most important sculptures, The Grant Memorial. By the next spring that idea had blossomed into dcMemorials.com with a view to the entire D.C. area. It soon grew to include 1000's of photos of several hundred individual attractions. And then I started thinking,
"...it might be fun to try ...".
